We are now looking for a Disclosure Professional for our clinical transparency team in Søborg, Denmark. Apply now for this great opportunity! The position In Clinical Transparency, we provide public access to information from Novo Nordisk clinical studies which is important to meet external requirements for disclosure. We coordinate the disclosure of information about our clinical trials in global registries e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, EU PAS. We provide insights and support to the organisation on the disclosure requirements. Further, we provide access to clinical trial data to the benefit of researchers while protecting personal data and business critical information. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with clinical study disclosure to benefit research inside and outside of Novo Nordisk. Your key responsibilities include: Perform study disclosure activities like edit/review of Protocol Registration Forms, edit/review of results tables and redaction of documents Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, skill building and good collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues Provide the Novo Nordisk organisation with insight and knowledge of clinical transparency. Handling of inquiries concerning Novo Nordisk studies from potential study participants and study investigators Qualifications Our ideal candidate holds a master or a bachelor’s degree (i.e., IT, natural/life science, librarian, or pharmacist), and preferably has basic knowledge of clinical development. In addition to the above, you need to have these qualifications: Strong analytical skills Committed, persistent and accountable work mindset Ability to manage variable workload and plan own work Quick at learning to use new software and you are interested in understanding technical details. Ability to work in a systematic and organised way As a person, you are flexible and structured individual with ability to thrive in a fast-changing work environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and customer service to stakeholders. You are proactive, can prioritize own tasks, work independently, and actively contribute to the overall team's success and harmony. Furthermore, you are a fast learner and possess excellent communication skills. About the department The position is based in the Clinical Publishing, Transparency and Archiving Department located in Søborg, Denmark, where we are a team of 16 dedicated colleagues.
