The position As Personal Assistant, you will work in a job, where two days are rarely alike, as you will be providing support to the CVP and two other leaders in the department, as well as be responsible for the well-functioning of building 9E. The position includes a wide range of tasks such as:
  • Provide support with everything from the planning of the calendar to meeting and travel planning, engagement with key stakeholders, and other independent ad-hoc tasks.
  • Plan and attend meetings with the NNWay Leadership Team and ensure that meetings are well planned and executed and that key actions are captured and followed up upon.
  • Drive the budgeting process and follow up with managers on budget deviations.
  • Provide support for managers in hiring and onboarding processes
  • Drive projects across P&O and serve as the go-to person for anything relating to the facility management of building 9E
  • You will work closely together with the CVP, the management team and the other PAs in Global P&O. Qualifications The right candidate for the position is an experienced Personal Assistant used to be working with dedicated and ambitious management teams and is able to manage stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Moreover, you have the following qualifications:
  • Extensive experience as a PA, preferably within a large organization or from the pharma industry.
  • Experience with and passion for financial controlling and consolidating input for the budgeting processes.
  • You have a natural flair for IT and are a proficient user of MS Office, Employee Central, SAP, Coupa, Concur and similar systems widely used in Novo Nordisk.
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
  • You are familiar with regulation on personal data protection, and you have a high level of personal integrity.

  • As a person you are structured and have a high attention to details while keeping the “bigger picture” in focus. You are passionate about the business and eager to contribute both to complex tasks and to day-to-day needs as a go-to-person of the building and department. You must be able to prioritize and work independently and proactively. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and take pride in delivering strong support and maintain good cooperation.
