The Position
Novo Nordisk is now investing heavily in new production lines in Kalundborg, here we will pack products for patients suffering from obesity – the newest product in Novo Nordisk therapies for our patients. With the expansion, we will have another significant role in the manufacture of the products of the future - and you will have the opportunity to participate.

In the team, we need a data analyst who will help shape the content of a new chapter in Novo Nordisk's continued success story.
As our Data Analyst you will contribute to developing and maintaining data driven tools that help facilitate the development of predicted maintenance, fever stops – our main system is Catch AI.
Your main responsibilities:
• Create meaningful dashboards that add value to our end users
• Present data visually in an intuitive way
• Maintain and improve our existing data driven solutions
• Perform explorative data analyses
• Perform condition-based maintenance data analysis
• Create ad hoc reports in Excel
• Be part of developing our data strategy
• Work to ensure data quality The position requires extensive collaboration and alignment with global stakeholders across functions and organizational levels. You will provide guidance to the management on our digital journey and be a key person in the development of strategies to take the use of training data across Novo Nordisk to the next level.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
• Hold minimum a bachelor’s degree or similar in a relevant field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Data & Analytics
• Have experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Be experienced with programming
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Be familiar with, or have a strong interest in process optimization

The department
You will be part of Novo Nordisk's finished product production, which has around 6,100 employees across seven production sites and five countries. We are the last, but important link in the value chain before finished products can be shipped to patients all over the world. In the finished product production in Kalundborg, we are approx. 320 employees who are responsible for assembling and packing diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
You will be part of the support team at SDD (Single Dose Devise) Kalundborg. We are currently in the implementation phase of our new department – the goal of our team is to support the operation of assembly, packaging lines, optimize processes and ensure the validated condition of the equipment. Together we work focused on living up to our ambitious goals, and with the desire to be among the best, we make a virtue of challenging the status quo. We handle changes and solve problems efficiently, without compromising GMP and our ability to deliver high quality on time.
