The position As Senior Business Partner, you will be acting as an internal consultant supporting our leadership teams and operating in the intersection between data analytics, process optimization and project management. You will act as a valued sparring partner towards the leaders in the organisation and be involved in providing strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Proactively engage and work together with stakeholders to identify opportunities to develop and mature business intelligence solutions and deliver actionable insights
  • Analyse business data and work closely with subject matter experts to provide recommendations
  • Facilitate workshops to understand processes and business drivers where you should not be afraid to ask critical questions and set expectations with senior management on their needs
  • Communicate advanced data-based analyses to stakeholders across the organisation
  • In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of the clinical portfolio and lifecycle management activities. You will get the opportunity to work with talented people and leadership teams across SubLCM (Submissions and Life Cycle Management) thus gaining high level of visibility. You are required to think and act as a trusted and proactive sparring partner to the organisation, where you will experience a steep learning curve, which will enable future career opportunities in the global Novo Nordisk organisation. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you need to have:
  • A relevant academic degree with several years of experience in similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity to understand and dive into problems systematically while focusing on the overall purpose and end goal
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau and/or Alteryx), as well as project management, would be beneficial
  • Fluent mastering of English, written and spoken
  • Competent user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • In addition to the above, it is crucial that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with people across all levels of the organisation. Finally, you are passionate and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You have a data driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. About the department  Submissions and Life Cycle Management is part of the Development area in Novo Nordisk. We consist of approximately 1,100 people that are based in Søborg, Denmark and Bangalore, India. The Insights & Strategy team is responsible for a range of tasks across the global organisation, such as driving strategic business processes and creating basis for informed decision-making through analytics and intelligence.
