As Project Validation Lead, you will define and optimise the complex validation strategy for IT and automation - not only will you respect and navigate between different validation approaches, but you will also ensure that we validate at the right level, especially when working with our engineering partner and external vendors. When defining and optimising the validation strategy, you will collaborate with other expansion projects to facilitate harmonisation, and to benefit from each other’s learnings. You can also look forward to: Creating an overview of the validation documentation and deliverables. Securing that validation documents are written, reviewed and approved within the scheduled timeframes. Using your proactive mindset to flag and escalate issues that could influence the validation of IT and automation solutions and ultimately product quality. The job requires high-level stakeholder management at all organisational levels, as well as collaboration with engineering partners and suppliers. You will be part of a project of great strategic importance to Novo Nordisk with high visibility and support from Senior Management. At the same time, you will have a foot inside our IT organisation, which supports all major expansion projects as well as operations. Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: An academic degree in a relevant field (e.g. Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) Several years of relevant experience with IT test and validation You have experience within pharmaceutical Quality Management, or you have been responsible for GxP system validations and wish to grow in your profession You have worked with IT projects within the pharma industry or other regulated industries You have experience from a large global company and are used to working with different cultures On a personal level, you have strong people and project management skills and a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way. You can ride a storm off and are a strong motivator for others. You thrive in a multicultural environment and have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. About the department
