The position As a Project Manager you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our strategic project portfolio. You will work closely with the Site Project Portfolio manager and Business Support area along with IT and Line of Business. The team is part of the newly established department Operational Excellence which is overall responsible for all activities within the Operational Excellence area which will consist of three teams: Project Management and Shutdown Management Office, Annex 1 and a Process Excellence team. The department is established to help BRD AP GEVA succeed in the coming years with an extensive investment project portfolio, increased needs for manufacturing Intelligence know-how and strategy along with Operational Excellence competencies, to ensure a robust, data-driven, and innovative aseptic production area. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher academic education within engineering, pharmaceutical or similar supplemented with relevant working experience including a few years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong change management skills and business understanding.
  • Good interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • It is an advantage if you have worked in a regulated and automated production environment and have experience in one or preferably more of the following fields: automation, digitalization, data availability, LEAN and aseptic production
  • Fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
    • On a personal level you are pro-active and structured and like to work with planning. You can keep the overview of a lot of activities with dependencies. Based on your structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships. About the department Our newly established Operational Excellence department has been created to strengthen project management and focus on developing the organization to a higher level of operational excellence than today. The department consists of three teams, where the Project Management and Shutdown Management Office is one of them. We will succeed by being curios and investigative. We shall learn from the best and optimize our planning, processes, and standards around shutdowns and project managing in close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization.
