Are you ready to make a difference for people living with haemophilia and other rare disorders? Do you want to become part of our new team responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and optimizing the yearly shutdowns of our isolator filling line? Then you might be our new Project Manager to drive Shutdowns in Biotech & Rare Disease at our site in Gentofte. The position We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager or Construction Manager who is ready to join our newly established Projects and Shutdown management Office. You will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and execution of summer and winter shutdowns of our isolator filling line in building HAA at site Gentofte. Between shutdowns, planning and communication with the various departments, project portfolios and stakeholders are key to ensure all activities are accounted for and aligned across the organization. You can also expect to be assigned as Project Manager to improvement projects in our project portfolio. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A Bachelor's Degree or higher academic education within engineering, pharmaceutical or similar supplemented with relevant working experience Preferably a proven track record as Project Manager and/or Construction Manager having successfully led shutdowns or other major technical projects in a complex organization. Good interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels. It is an advantage if you have worked in a regulated and automated production environment and have experience in one or preferably more of the following fields: automation, digitalization, data availability, LEAN and aseptic production Fully proficient in both written and spoken English and the a bility to communicate and understand Danish. On a personal level you are pro-active and structured and like to work with planning. You can keep the overview of a lot of activities with dependencies. Based on your structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships. About the department Our newly established Operational Excellence department has been created to strengthen project management and focus on developing the organization to a higher level of operational excellence than today. The department consists of three teams, where the Project Management and Shutdown Management Office is one of them. We will succeed by being curios and investigative. We shall learn from the best and optimize our planning, processes, and standards around shutdowns and project managing in close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization.
