Then you might be the new Global Partner Lead in our highly skilled Digital Strategy and Solutions Team in Novo Nordisk Søborg! The position The Global Partner Lead is responsible for the alliance management of 1-2 Global Digital Health partnerships that will help provide support for people that is treated with Novo Nordisk medications and support HCPs managing chronic disease. You will have the overall responsibility of the partnerships, the business case development, contract negotiation, set the direction for the roadmap development, launch planning, KPIs monitoring and everything in between. The main tasks: Project & alliance management:
  • Applies learnings/best practices from prior projects and considers broad cross-portfolio/functional requirements and implications when initiating a project.
  • Initiates, drives and completes complex global DH partner integration project with assigned partner companies, with high internal and external global and strategic impact.
  • Applies project planning tools/programs to deliver well-structured, easy to monitor and impactful projects.
  • Considers relevant external regulations and builds these into the partnership strategies and project plans.
  • Engages the project team in monitoring, robustly analysing, prioritizing and adapting to critical changes in the external environment.
  • Maintains team motivation and engagement, especially during periods of change to the project plans.
  • Understands synergies with other existing partner integration projects and aligns, co-ordinates and plans with colleagues accordingly.
  • Coordinates and understands the implications of other DH workstreams on the partnership strategy and acts accordingly.
  • Proactively gathers feedback and requests from partners.
  • Shares results and learnings with relevant stakeholders and makes sure the Project reports timely and qualitatively to the Director.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management:
  • Builds strategic networks with various key global, regional and local stakeholders to facilitate decisions that can benefit the project.
  • Ensures the correct use of the best communication channels, bearing in mind internal and external stakeholders’ characteristics.
  • Understands roles of all key functions. Understands the governance structure and decision-making processes across key functional deliverables.
  • Communicates project strategy and tactics in a compelling & motivating way to various levels of senior management in the organisation.
  • Act as facilitator between partners and NN affiliates as part of the development of commercial collaboration agreements
  • About the department You will work together with a team of colleagues from functional areas across Novo Nordisk and ensure the team supporting the partner has members with the required competencies and train them to be knowledgeable about and engaged in executing on the project plan. As a Global Partner Lead you will be part of the Global Digital Health Strategic Partnership team that is located in the CVP area “Digital Strategy and Solutions” (DSS). The Partnership team is an essential enabler for Novo Nordisk 5D strategy across Therapeutic Areas and value chains by driving sustainable and impactful Digital Health Partnerships for patients to achieve better treatment outcomes. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position has:
  • A Master’s Degree or a PhD in a relevant area.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of working with external partnerships, preferably within the pharma industry or other relevant areas.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Digital Health.
  • Full proficiency in English both orally and written.
