To strengthen our production support and secure our many exciting projects, we need a new colleague for our Utility & Environmental Monitoring (EM) Support. We offer an exciting position with opportunities for participating in various projects, now and then.
If you are experienced in Utility, EM and microbiology, are ambitious and have a positive ‘can do’ approach, you will fit right in.
The job
You will be responsible for documentation and for driving processes, that involves several stakeholders in the organization In cooperation with your co-workers, you will have the responsibility for cleanroom design and room qualification It is important that you can work according to science- and risk-based validation, as well as securing compliance, high quality, and optimization We all work methodical as we focus on optimizing both LEAN behaviour and the use of LEAN methods
We are working on several optimization projects at the moment, and we wish for more automated solutions which opens up a number of exciting possibilities. Participation in specialist groups across the organization is also an opportunity. Qualifications
To succeed in this role:
You hold a M.Sc., B.Sc. within microbiology, chemistry, pharmacology or similar You have extensive knowledge and experience with several years in microbiology, environmental monitoring, clean room design and validation You are fluent in Danish and English - oral and written Takes initiative, is action-oriented, determined and with a distinct professional curiosity
You like data and statistics, and you can form an overview of processes. You are quality conscious and have knowledge of regulatory and government requirements.

The Utility & EM support team is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and developing the production environment in the classified rooms of the factories. This also includes participation in exciting projects in connection to qualification of classified rooms in our purification factories.
We are a production department with app. 150 employees who produce FVII for the treatment of Hemophiliacs worldwide.
By ensuring the environment in the factories you help to secure a good delivery of our high-quality products throughout the world.
The team consists of 8 Utility Supporters and 6 EM Supporters (soon to be one more), and we support four purification factories in Kalundborg. Our team is characterized by a high-quality level in our work. We have an open and positive social tone and treat each other with respect. We are ambitious and we uphold our agreements.
