If this sounds like you, you could be our new GMP supporter at our Warehouse in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. About the department Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S is a fully owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S situated in Køge. Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S is a leading global supplier of high-quality ingredients for the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries, supplying products such as recombinant insulin for cell growth media and pharmaceutical grade quaternary ammonium compounds as well as raw materials for Novo Nordisk A/S. The Warehouse Operations Team is anchored under Supply Chain and Procurement. We are currently 5 operators and 2 supporters, who will be your closest colleagues, and you will have close collaboration with other departments as well. The position As our new GMP supporter you will drive the quality and compliance agenda of our warehouse. You will be involved in various daily tasks as well as in exciting projects where we need to adjust our processes, or when we launch new products into the market. In this job you will be able to develop strategies, provide solutions, implement new processes through working closely with your team and other departments in the organization. The job includes the following responsibilities:
  • Dealing with quality challenges in the warehouse
  • Investigating, handling, and reporting deviations while using systematic problem solving
  • Identifying and taking an active part in solving quality improvement across the department to achieve simplicity, alignment and/or build quality into the processes
  • Updating and improving SOPs and job instructions
  • Performing training to operators and other colleagues
  • Coordinate, prepare and presented in inspections
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Have experience within a GMP regulated environment, preferably +3 years
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree/or equivalent diploma within Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related sciences.
  • Are experienced with analysing data and applying it to solve problems, develop processes and procedures
  • Are familiar with writing documents and procedures in adherence to current regulations.
  • Speak and write English and Danish fluently.
  • As a professional, you are a fast learner and have strong analytical skills to gain oversight of complex processes and issues. You thrive taking on challenges and can take the lead and initiative to working systematically to resolve them. As you will be working closely in the team and cross functionally, it is important you have excellent communication skills to drive the strategy.
