The Position As Global Head of Sales you will be having a very active role leading and managing our Sales Team with 8 members and expected to grow. It’s very important that you can ensure the continuous motivation and development of the team, and embrace a great team spirit across distances. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Securing great data foundation and relevant updated CRM system and forecast system)

  • Managing and optimizing contracts and supply agreements with customers

  • Report on sales progress and drive forecasting

  • Manage resources and priorities

  • Collaborating across Sales and Marketing

  • You will also engage with existing and potential customers, working systematically with sales process and opportunity management. You will ensure execution of strategic direction, including lifecycle management and launches. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A master’s degree in Natural Sciences or similar.

  • Leadership skills and a positive mindset.

  • 5 years of experience as a Sales Leader in a B2B environment.

  • Experience in bioprocessing and/or a global working environment will be an advantage.

  • Fluency in English.

  • You have Strong analytical skills and a high degree of initiative to drive the development of sales. The Global Head of Sales has excellent communication skills and must be a great inspirator and motivator, while having a high personal drive and self-motivation. In this position, high integrity is an absolute must, as we work with pharmaceutical ingredients and long-lasting partnerships with customers. We therefore need a candidate with high standards for business ethics. About the Department The Sales & Marketing department consists in a Sales Team, Marketing Communications, Strategic Marketing, Customer Support and Commercial Excellence. We embark on a growth journey, deliver in a global context and work with around 300 Customers. The product portfolio is a mix of existing and upcoming products, and we work in a B2B environment, where many of our customers are large pharmaceutical and biopharma companies.
