For one of our customers in Denmark, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Sales and Product Portfolio. The company is part of an international technology company with a leading position within Pharma/MedTech industry. The company, which employs more than 115 committed employees in Denmark, develops and produces special machines for the largest companies within Pharma/MedTech worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team, project engineering, marketing, and product management
  • Develop, expand and maintain customer cooperation and relations worldwide
  • Hands-on customer responsibility by selected customers
  • Commercial negotiations of projects and contracts
  • Market intelligence and identifying new markets, business fields and applications
  • Close cooperation with global and regional sales teams and agents worldwide
  • Work and acting with corporate values to ensure a consistent global identification
  • Converting technical concepts, user requirements and specifications into offers and orders
  • Proactive securing a close cooperation with the rest of the organization

Required qualifications:

  • Innovative and must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical background
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience from technical sales
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience from industrial automation and machine industry
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • High commercial skills and mindset with a good idea of manufacturing costs and calculations
  • Ready and willing to travel app. 60 days per year

Preferred qualifications:

  • Some experience in machine building and preferable knowledge from the Pharma/MedTech industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical capabilities and conceptual skills
  • Customer oriented with a high degree of intercultural competences and understanding
  • Capable of developing and maintaining good relationship with customer, colleagues, corporate peers and suppliers
  • Experience with project management with a structured approach and good organizational skills
  • Structured and able to work under pressure
