Clinical Trial Recruiter, Novo Nordisk Clinical Innovation Centre (CLINiC) Do you want to be part of a start-up and have a key role in recruiting clinical trial participants to Novo Nordisk’s Clinical Innovation Centre – CLINiC? And can you bring your people skills and recruitment know-how to drive recruitment success for our early-phase clinical trials at CLINiC? If so, we want to hear from you. The position
We are seeking a Clinical Trial Recruiter with a flair for communication and a can-do approach. This is a people-centric role, and you will be the first point of contact for our participants, so we need you to be professional, open-minded, and calm. As Clinical Trial Recruiter your key purpose is to inform, attract, and recruit participants to join our early-phase clinical trials in Gentofte. You will join a team that will be tasked to recruit participants for our clinical trials. As part of the CLINiC Trial team, you will coordinate trial specific recruitment and information events at the CLINiC and screen potential participants via telephone, e-mail, and database searches. Further you will manage our recruitment website and participant database, as well as provide input to our social media and online advertising campaigns. You will also be responsible for (among other things) Interacting with potential participants Database MaUpdating relevant trial documents Provide input to newsletters produce content for presentations for internal and external meetings. Team spirit, collaboration, accountability, and empathy are at the core in this role and in the team, and you will work closely with various CLINiC team members to ensure that our clinical trials are planned and conducted with a key focus on the safety and well-being of the healthy volunteers and patients who will participate in our trials. The position will be based in Gentofte, Copenhagen. Qualifications The ideal candidate has a Good understanding of clinical trial methodology Excellent communication skills in Danish and English You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent, combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience, e.g. phase 1 trials, pre-screening and recruitment of trial participants, communication related work or other clinical trial related work. Furthermore, you are culturally aware and a natural team-player. You are IT savvy and preferably have experience with databases. Finally, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-changing environment. About the CLINiC
The CLINiC is part of Global Translation - an area in Research & Early Development – and our key mission is to accelerate learning cycles through human centric innovation. Historically, all Novo Nordisk phase 1 trials have been outsourced to CROs. Looking into the future with Novo Nordisk entering new therapeutic areas, there will be increased requirements for agility and early decision-making. The CLINiC will be responsible for conducting Novo Nordisk clinical pharmacology trials with primary focus on pre- & phase 1 trials of an explorative nature.
