The F&A function works closely with our other departments and external service provider, who manages the bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

On behalf of Navigare Capital Partners, Adecco is looking for a Financial Controller to develop and manage the financial operations.
You will, together with Finance and Accounting Director, build and further develop the Finance and Accounting function.
The F&A function works closely with our other departments and external service provider, who manages the bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Other primary tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Oversight of the finance and accounting activities outsourced to the external service provider and close daily cooperation with the service provider.
- Monthly and annual controlling and reporting.
- Annual controlling of the sustainability report.
- Analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports
- Follow-up on the annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Participating in preparation and maintaining of cash-flow analysis as needed
- Respond to inquiries regarding financial performance.
- Reporting to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority
- Annual audit process
Even though most of the bookkeeping and transactional handling is outsourced, limited support in this area must be expected.
You are excellent at accounting and Excel. You possess a solid analytic mindset and the ability to drive change.
Furthermore, you have:
- A relevant degree in accounting or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with, e.g., bookkeeping, controlling and financial reporting
- You can communicate with all layers across the organisation, including international partners
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- The ability to work and seek knowledge independently
- A high degree of motivation
It is an advantage if you have experience from the shipping industry and with controlling, but this is not a requirement.
