The key task in logistics is to get our products from the suppliers to the customers – at the right time, in the right quantity and right conditions to the right price. That might sound simple, but it is a complex task with many layers and specifications.
As a Logistics Trainee, you will be a part of the logistics department and you will be trained by your colleagues in different aspects of logistics. You will be part of a dynamic team from day one and your responsibility will grow as you get familiar with your tasks.

Focus and business understanding
Your traineeship is a two-year education period where you will specialise in logistics and get a full understanding of the processes behind the logistics when we sell and buy furniture worldwide.
The trainee education is divided into four modules, and each has planned workshops that are going to help ensure that you get the full business understanding. During the workshops, you will work with trainees in the other departments and learn how your work cooperates with theirs. The focus throughout your traineeship is on you and your development, and therefore we end each module with a review.
Who are you?
You do not need to have prior experience with logistics to apply for the position. As you will be communicating in English you need to be able to write and speak fluently.
Depending on your prior education we can make the trainee program into an apprenticeship, where you also go to school up to 8 weeks during the two year period.
Structure is second nature for you, and you are a quick study. Most importantly you are passionate and eager to learn and develop.
