TrackMan is now expanding with a Project Manager to run Indoor Golf Simulator Hardware projects from idea to production and sales. As a Project Manager, you work closely together with several senior stakeholders in a very dynamic environment – driven by our passion for the Indoor Golf product, the end-customer experience and sports tech in general. You will work closely with our Head of Product as well as in-house R&D teams (hardware and software), QA teams and Operations teams, which is why working in HQ in Vedbaek, Denmark is an ultimate requirement.

TrackMan is now expanding with a Project Manager to run Indoor Golf Simulator Hardware projects from idea to production and sales. As a Project Manager, you work closely together with several senior stakeholders in a very dynamic environment – driven by our passion for the Indoor Golf product, the end-customer experience and sports tech in general. You will work closely with our Head of Product as well as in-house R&D teams (hardware and software), QA teams and Operations teams, which is why working in HQ in Vedbaek, Denmark is an ultimate requirement.
Job Description:
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT:
- Be the subject matter expert on new technology and consumer electronics
- Stay informed on latest technology as a natural part of your day, subscribing to relevant sources of information, attending trade shows and other relevant events
- Expect some travelling to understand local market standards and requirements, including competitor site visits and other relevant research
- Translate market needs to a prioritized project backlog and execute in close collaboration with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Run HW product development from idea to implemented solution, including reliable and sustainable integration across ecosystem
- Sub-supplier dialogue, audits and negotiations, sourcing samples for testing
- Scope and own project need through established R&D processes within the company, ensuring great solutions for our customers in a timely manner
- Product and integration testing and approvals in collaboration with QA, R&D and Head of Product
IMPLEMENTATION & MANAGEMENT:
- Manage all Indoor Golf peripherals (such as Projectors, PC-specs, peripheral cameras, light and other new technologies in pipeline) and other HW relevant for the Indoor Golf project
- Create and maintain an Indoor Golf HW integrations guideline and ensure compliant implementations in regional Operations organizations
- Document and maintain of Indoor Golf peripheral offerings in general
- Training of internal sales, operations and support staff
- Coordinate with procurement department, operations, finance, etc
- High-level communication and presentations to steering group/stakeholders and providing a clear status overview on progress/obstacles
