We are seeking an experienced network engineer to join our team.
Ideally, you will have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex integration solutions and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless integration between clients and networks as well as handling technical issues.
DFDS is growing and your responsibility will be to support rolling out DFDS Network to our acquisitions working closely together in a integration team setup for that specific purpose, with other DFDS Employees covering areas which could be, Applications, Servers, Cloud services, endpoints, IOT
As a part of the IT Communication Department in DFDS, you will work in cooperation with the end-users, such as our crew on the vessels and terminal managers, project leaders and developers both within your own team and across the company.
Travel activity is required as part of the job and can be expected to be aprox. 50-100 days per year.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Manage operational issues caused by integrations and unforeseen complications in the process.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to integration and network infrastructure.

- Professionally, you have knowledge about networks on a Cisco CCNA-level.
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge about Cisco SDWAN, Cisco WIFI and Cisco Firepower
