You will join our Operational Excellence team As our new Business Analyst, you will be part of an international team based in Copenhagen, working in collaboration with business stakeholders in Europe, America, Asia and the Pacific and stakeholders within other Group Business Functions. Our team includes strong capabilities within process ownership of various operational processes as well as experts within change management, business transformation, training development and process excellence Your work will help improve and grow our tech-enabled project delivery capabilities through fit-for-purpose solutions. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Managing stakeholders and their expectations, advising them on the right solutions in correspondence with the business strategic objectives and technology strategy Collaborating closely with business, process and systems/product owners Take lead in the initial detailed analysis and design phase of new projects Gathering, maturing and documenting business requirements and translating user needs into user stories Engage and work closely with our SCRUM teams Keep the product backlog groomed and up to date together with the Product Owners Relaying and communicating requirements to external collaborators Supporting development of guidance and training material to support business implementation Validating solutions through technical test plans and through facilitation of UAT workshops with end users Supporting the full project lifecycle: from project initiation, to prioritization of requirements and user stories, to test management and delivery Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
