We are looking for a skilled Product Manager on the business side of our primary acquisition website, https://www.home.saxo, to help take Saxo’s digital user experience to the next level.
Role and responsiblities
You will report to the head of Digital Experience and be part of a team of highly skilled product managers and specialists who are responsible for the development, configuration and streamlining of the digital experience management technology stack within Saxo Bank. You will work on Saxo's major and minor product launches and support our sister teams (Digital Experience Platforms, Onboarding, Media, and the rest of the Saxo Experience Office) with multi-channel projects.
As part of the Product Manager role, your responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary point of contact towards our feature development teams in Saxo Platform Technologies (IT)
- Participating in regular SCRUM meetings with teammates and our IT organization globally
- Planning and estimating new development projects, and assessing income requests from Mission Control
- Working with stakeholders across the organization globally to build and enhance the user experience on Saxo’s website, with a focus on increasing conversion
- Being the subject matter expert towards IT for business requirements and CMS best practices
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of features, including sharing best practices
- Coordinating handover to the content producer teams, including training and documentation on new features
- Clearly communicating with the head of the team and your colleagues, to ensure your projects and other tasks are progressing, while also ensuring that any potential risks for delivery are communicated in a timely manner
Your profile
- 3 – 5 years of experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore is a plus), and other online platforms
- Experience managing the full SDLC for website features
- Strong skills in time management, prioritizing work individually and collaboratively
- Experience writing documentation for the rest of the team and other stakeholders
- You are
- A good communicator, with your team and stakeholders and are used to being in the center of the delivery process from the initial request to the final production
- A critical thinker, always looking to digitize and automate recurring jobs, for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Tech savvy, with an overall keen interest in the digital world
- Bonus points for experience with
- UX best practices, web design and basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital marketing
