We are now looking for a chef for our restaurant No3. You must be a person of high integrity, who has respect for the work, is development-oriented and always at the forefront. An employee at No3 must see the guest's needs before they arise and solve all challenges with a smile. We want people who have an inner motivation to provide genuine service from the heart, who are fond of food and guest.

Work assignments

  • Helping with daily operations
  • Helping with purchasing and inventory counting
  • Helping with development of menu
  • Daily production
  • Follow up daily routines in relation to HSE/IK food
  • Shift work
  • Be involved in serving and have contact with the guests

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a chef
  • Fluency in English or Scandinavian language orally and in writing.
  • Previous management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We are a Norwegian charcoal grill restaurant, with a strong focus on quality and service. Much of the food is grilled in our Josper charcoal grill. We have seasonal menus both in the kitchen and in the bar. With local ingredients, we will help showcase some of the best that Helgeland has to offer. From time to time we bring in chefs from countries other than Norway, so you can often see something new and exciting in our menus.

No3 should be a place for many occasions, and you are welcome to us regardless of whether you want a simple snack or a finer dinner. When the kitchen closes at around 10pm, the restaurant transforms into our evening concept, the lounge bar 'No3 By Night'. Here, the focus is on a cozy and atmospheric atmosphere, and on good drinks that are often made with a modern twist.
