This position will work with Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory, and applications.
This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting integration projects at a rapidly growing company. The right candidate will have the chance to work with a team of skilled professionals in DFDS’ Technology and Innovation department and gain valuable experience working with a variety of technologies.

The Integration Engineer will work with colleagues to integrate external companies' users, applications, and services into the DFDS ecosystem. The job is technical, but a large element of the task is to analyse system setups and then plan, coordinate, and execute the migration. The main responsibilities include:

About the role

The Integration Engineer will work with colleagues to integrate external companies' users, applications, and services into the DFDS ecosystem. The job is technical, but a large element of the task is to analyse system setups and then plan, coordinate, and execute the migration. The main responsibilities include:
- Configuring cross-domain and -forest functionality for newly acquired systems to work with standardized DFDS platforms, i.e., users, workstations, and Citrix.
- Migration of on-premise user data, such as file shares.
- Migration of Windows-based applications to the DFDS environment.
- Analysis and planning for the integration or migration of other platforms such as Linux, Mainframe, and other business systems.
About you

You will have:
- Experience using PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Functional understanding of networks, firewalls, and routing.
- Linux knowledge is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Technically focused, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Shows responsibility and initiative, taking pride in your delivery to colleagues.
- Able to travel 15-30 days/year.
