Your new team
You will be part of our growing Sourcing & Procurement team, with a close link to our Engineering and Construction team who is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of utility-scale PV plants in Europe from greenfield development to commercial operation. We work with professional suppliers, partners, and sub-contractors for the completion of the sites.
Your new role
You will be deeply involved in our solar PV projects. Besides logistics-related tasks, you will be responsible for the procurement and management of timely delivery of components to our construction sites around the globe.

Your new team
You will be part of our growing Sourcing & Procurement team, with a close link to our Engineering and Construction team who is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of utility-scale PV plants in Europe from greenfield development to commercial operation. We work with professional suppliers, partners, and sub-contractors for the completion of the sites.
Your new role
You will be deeply involved in our solar PV projects. Besides logistics-related tasks, you will be responsible for the procurement and management of timely delivery of components to our construction sites around the globe.
Your tasks will include:
- Handling the logistics-related process for component delivery to sites (managing high volume, high-value products such as solar PV modules).
- Driving procurement activities for components and contracted services required for PV plant construction activities.
- Preparing tenders and conducting evaluation processes of potential suppliers and contractors, including negotiation of terms and conditions.
- PO and invoice management.
- Preparing and maintaining overviews and schedules for tracking the logistics, payments, etc.
- Coordination between our suppliers, on-site contractors, external haulers,, and forwarders.
- Various ad-hoc tasks related to our procurement activities.
Job prerequisites
- You have completed a relevant education within business or supply chain management.
- Preferably you have obtained 1-3 years of commercial experience in forwarding, logistics, and procurement.
- You master English at a professional level. Danish/German/Polish/Lithuanian and/or other language skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, primarily solar PV, is an advantage.
- You are an expert user in MS Office, especially Excel.
