Then apply today as you might be the IT System Manager we are looking for to join the IT-team supporting our Device Manufacturing & sourcing (DMS) department in Hillerød . The position As IT System Manager, you will be working closely with a colleague responsible for the IT-system management and compliance activities for our measurement & validation area within production support. Some of your main focus include:
  • Working on the roll outs for the new affiliates as well as other system management activities and handling access request related to the system
  • Acting as single point of contact in case of issues, communicating with a diverse set of customers, users, service providers, managers to ensure incidents and service requests are handled with user satisfaction
  • Life Cycle Management (LCM) planning and mapping, and ensuring that all the documents for system management and good practice (GxP) are in place and renewed on a yearly basis, and making sure that the system is audit ready
  • Supporting end-users in all the incidents and requests (Service now ticketing) along with providing assistance in audits and for new users
  • Communicating to the relevant stakeholders regarding any changes or enhancement in the system and ensuring the right stakeholders are informed with regards to critical problems.
    • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in system Management with user access management
  • Knowledge of compliance documentation, audits, system management, as well as LCM process and tools
  • Vendor and stakeholder Management experience
  • Already worked on technical issues reported for the system
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
    • It would be considered as a plus if you have already some experience with ticketing like Service now as well as with Enterprise infrastructure management. You have an open mind, are willing to learn and you are structured and proactive in your work. You will never compromise on quality. To succeed you need to be able to keep calm and make choices in a busy work environment where the agenda changes frequently. You ask curious questions and can communicate on all levels of the organization. Last but not least, you possess excellent time management skills. About the department You will be a part of the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing IT Team, which is a highly skilled and experienced team. Our growing department consists of 13 people, and a handful of external consultants. We help the Production on day-to-day IT challenges in several departments, Moulding, Preassembly, Metrology, Quality Assurance. With an ambitious digital agenda, we wish to drive new IT initiatives in a dynamic working environment that supports a rapidly expanding production. Our team is in charge of operating and maintaining the IT & OT landscape of the production facility. Our tasks are very different from day to day, we upgrade servers and systems, we patch and do security updates, we maintain IT system and computerized equipment, we support the customers, participate in and drive projects and we digitalize the production site. Our overall and finest task is to keep IT in the best condition to avoid unplanned production stops.
