Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join the Cost Management team</strong></p><p>As our new Controller, you will be part of a skilled, dedicated, and ambitious team, that is dedicated to managing the performance of our global Support functions. We are on a globalization journey, responsible for the controlling of more than 35 countries and covering +100 reporting companies. We are a global team with members across the world. To begin with your focus will be Denmark where most of your stakeholders will be located, however we offer a flexible workplace so it is not necessarily required that you are located in Copenhagen. The important thing is that you are close to your stakeholders and our team and can meet with face to face when appropriate.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Be responsible for month end close, Budget and forecast and general cost controlling</li><li>Act as a sparring partner and finance single point of contact for the Functional Heads within Finance, Communications, Legal and HR in Denmark.</li><li>Proactively drive business partnering agenda towards your stakeholders in Denmark and other key stakeholders on e.g. strategic projects.</li><li>Plan and coordinate the budget and forecast processes for the Functional Heads within Finance, Communications, Legal and HR in Denmark.</li><li>Coordinate and manage the monthly closing & reporting process for Finance, Communications, Legal and HR in Denmark, including budget and forecast follow up and management reporting</li><li>Support and direct the ongoing financial evaluation process to ensure proper reflection of financial results</li><li>Cost analysis and input for business cases and ad-hoc requests</li><li>Be a stand-in for the other members of the team</li><li>Participate in development and alignment of the cost controller role in general</li><li>Act as link between the Global Business Services (GBS) Cost Management team and the Controlling DK team.</li><li>Cost management will go through some changes to the setup during 2023 and it is important that you are open to change and are willing contribute with learnings etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point: </strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company:</p><ul><li>We are looking for people with a strong analytical mindset that can handle multiple tasks and challenges at hand, while maintaining a good sense of urgency.</li><li>We expect you to have a relevant education e.g. Master’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Controlling or similar with focus in economics, finance or accounting</li><li>We expect you to have 3-5 years of relevant controlling experience</li><li>You have a positive attitude and outspoken collaboration skills and work well with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Your strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint as well as fluent English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite.
