Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You will join our Offshore Energy</strong> <strong>department</strong></p><p>As our new Bid coordinator you will be part of the business development and tender process in the heart of the green transition.</p><p> </p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Responsible for input to the CRM system with leads and opportunities</li><li>Assist Tender managers with tender process including adherence to governance</li><li>Prepare for and call for Decision Gate meetings</li><li>Liaise with various stakeholders including legal, engineering, project manager to complete and submit the tender</li><li>Standardize tender documents for ease of tendering</li><li>Coordinate client meetings and internal stakeholders</li><li>Maintaining external prequalification databases</li><li>Responsible for prequalification processes for individual projects</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
