About the department Development Digital Transformation is the area responsible for the identification, ideation, funding, and follow-up of new digital initiatives for our Development area while maturing the business undertaking a digital transformation. We bring together designers, developers, product people and healthcare professionals to discover and develop the right solutions. Development is the part of Novo Nordisk responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product launch and provide medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities, while living up to global standards, regulations, and business ethics.
You will be part of the highly skilled Power Platform team that utilizes a low/no code platform technology to build rapid and fit-for-purpose digital products for our colleagues. We strive to push the limits on the products we build by being innovative in our solution framing and continuously challenging the business on their processes and problem solving. To build truly amazing products, we aim to prioritize new products and features by identifying outcomes and the desired behavioural change enabled by them, and by having the user / customer at the centre of our discovery. We are a growing team with an equally growing backlog of new product ideas, an existing portfolio of +10 products and a huge potential to improve our colleagues’ work life helping them achieve more by doing less. The position As a Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind defining and driving the product vision and outcomes for our products. You will play a critical role in identifying key features and enhancements that align with customer needs and company goals. Your responsibilities will include: Work closely with the team and the organization across Development to build and execute a roadmap for our Power Platform products Conduct discovery and research closely with our UX / UI designer to understand customer needs, opportunities, and outcomes, and use these insights to prioritize product development and strategy Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories and product backlogs Drive product launches, working closely with communications partners and change managers to ensure successful product adoption and market penetration Monitor product performance and user feedback, and use this information to define and prioritize future product development Ultimately as a Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure that customer needs are being met; driving the success of our Power Platform products. Qualifications You hold a university degree within IT, engineering, business. To thrive in this role, you have: Experience working with Power Platform Products, such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power Virtual Agents, is a strong plus Proven track record of success in driving product development and delivery, from conception to launch Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions Highly organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Interest in the healthcare industry and the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical industry As a person you have Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, roadmap, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders. You are a strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, with the ability to inspire and set direction.
