🔥What you’ll be doing
Inventory Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to warehouse standards by keeping full traceability in inventory tracking and maintenance of stock records as well as databases.
- Provide regular inventory reports to management if required.
- Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.
- Manage inventory transfers: track physical and allocated inventory movements between warehouses.
- Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate relevant information to Planning and Buying to take actions.
Inwards/Outwards operations:
- Verify accuracy and ensure shipping counts match delivery notes. Resolve or report any discrepancies between Purchase Orders, delivery paperwork and inventory received.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries. Enter all information into the system for deliveries and shipments.
Coordinating production kit-ups and Q&As:
- Organize different materials and components needed for production, based on current stock levels in different warehouses (both internal and external locations).
- Create packing lists and delivery notes for our main production partner and facilitate communication as part of relationship improvements.
- Ensure that the quality assurance and incoming inspection processes are running smoothly along with documenting different operations involved with requirements.
Data update and maintenance:
- Update and maintain current Inventory Management system with relevant data, such as BOM uploads, cost of items, lead times, supplier details, item information.
- Improve the structure of product data in general.
- Support to development of our Inventory Management system: group and item structure, item number generation, sample library organization, process documentation.
🕵️ Who we really are looking for
- You have 1-2 years of experience within logistics / supply chain / inventory management.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You are fully fluent in English.
- You are a confident user of Excel.
