Apply today for a life-changing career! Position We are looking for a manager to head up our new MI Platform Development team. You will be responsible for a highly skilled and professional team of Product Owners and Developers with the overall goal to establish the platform and organization for the next generation of Manufacturing Intelligence solutions. We are structured as DevOps scrum teams, and work in close collaboration with the Global IT Organization and the production LoB of Novo Nordisk. Your primary tasks will include: Lead and inspire a dynamic team of approximately 10 highly skilled and passionate colleagues. Spearhead the vision and strategy, overseeing the development and operation of our cutting-edge Manufacturing Intelligence platform. Foster a culture of motivation and engagement within your team, empowering them and maintain relationships in a complex stakeholder landscape of internal- and external partners Seamlessly handle daily administrative tasks including budgeting, supplier management, and contract negotiations Play a vital role as a member of the MI management team, actively contributing to strategic decision-making and driving overall success The position is ideal for a dedicated, highly experienced, and result-oriented manager who enjoys working in a flexible, collaborative, international, and agile environment. Qualification We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: You hold a master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or other related fields
Solid leadership background within development, production, or project management of larger complex projects incl. planning of IT life-cycle management activities
Driving strategic and complex projects & activities across own department and other departments
Exhibit exceptional people leadership skills, inspiring and guiding teams
Experience with digital transformation and platform development (low code/no code)
Sound understanding of structuring deliveries in collaboration with team members and experience with agile project management and DevOps
You have Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English. Further it is considered a benefit if you have experience with manufacturing processes, LEAN optimisation, data management and Business/Manufacturing Intelligence. About the department The MI organisation is responsible for driving programme and product management of the central manufacturing intelligence portfolio, servicing manufacturing shop floor. The team is responsible for DevOps and harmonising the manufacturing intelligence product portfolio with the aim for seamless integration of digital products in Line of Business. The MI Platform Development team will be a new department in the MI organisation, with the dedicated focus on building up a common platform to serve as backbone for future MI solutions.
