About the graduate programme
In our graduate programme, we offer you a fast-track opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry and hereby impact our future business in order to ensure clean water and energy. We are on a massive growth journey and through this program you will be given endless opportunities to leave your footprint on our future business. The program has a duration of two years and through four tailor made rotations you will gain a unique across functional understanding insights into our business with the intend of assuming a key position at the end of the program. At the end of each rotation, we will conduct a 360-degree evaluation to ensure your professional and personal development and that your expectations are met.
In this dedicated program we will invest heavily in your development though ongoing support, education and mentoring by some of the brightest minds in the industry who are eager to assist you and see you advance in your career. You will hereby be working with value adding projects in a global setting where your voice and expertise matters.
Become our Information & Cyber Security Graduate
In the role as our Information & Cyber Security Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we work with information & cyber security on a global scale. You will be involved in complex projects within information & cyber security why your rotations will be centred around the entire value chain of information and cyber security from strategy development to daily operations. In the end we expect that you will own full understanding of information & cyber security and how it affects the entire business.
To kickstart your endeavour, you will start the programme in our Information Security & Enterprise Risk Management team, where you will gain the full overview of the operational aspect of information & cyber security and how we can accommodate an ever-changing IT threat landscape. Following, we have tailor made the rotations to give you the full overview and capabilities in becoming our next information & cyber security talent. You will be placed in different divisions to gain experience in how security processes involve the entire organization, and how we can increase the information & cyber security on a daily basis.
More specifically, your four rotations will take place within:
Personality matters
We are looking for a motivated and commercial driven Information & Cyber Security Graduate who can help shape our future and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree in Cand.IT, IT, Software, Computer Science or similar. You are at the top of your class, and you have additionally participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you are analytical and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike. Moreover, you are persistent and excel in thinking outside the box. You work structured with your tasks and are driven by a desire to create a real change. You consider yourself a great communicator who can translate technical IT & cyber security terms to a wide range of stakeholders.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset but is not a requirement.

More specifically, your four rotations will take place within:
- Information Security & Enterprise Risk Management – where you will get an extended insight in the overall strategical direction of group information security and risk management. Currently we are preparing for our recertification within ISO27001 and you will take part in this process. Furthermore, you will be introduced to how we work with awareness and training on all levels of the organization.
- Supply Chain – where you will work with anchoring our security processes and policies in Supply Chain in collaboration with our information security expert.
- Solution & Service Delivery – where you will be in our Solution & Service Delivery business area where we are working with ISO 27001, CIS 18 ISEA 3402, ISEA 3000. You will participate in connecting and contemplating information security in relation to our services.
- IT – where you will enter our IT group and join the Cyber- and IT Security team in their daily tasks to keep Kamstrup secure. The team handles a range of different tasks, ie. Incident handling, vulnerability management, emergency response and utilises frameworks like CIS18 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
