CMC Development is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support our projects within establishing new production capacity. Join us and become part of a newly formed investment team of highly engaged colleagues that are dedicated to designing and constructing facilities in Novo Nordisk! The position
Our new Project Coordinator, will support project management by planning, driving, optimizing, and tracking the project activities towards agreed goals. You will join the project management team and work closely with the project managers.
The main tasks include:
• Tracking and coordinating the budgeting process and keeping the project plan updated
• Arranging project team meetings, information meetings and team events – including preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on actions
• Preparing presentations and materials for upper management meetings, monthly project reports and communication material in collaboration with the Directors
• Driving specific activities within the project in close collaboration with the project management
Furthermore, you will be handling other ad hoc tasks such as maintaining the project communication platform. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• University education degree at Bachelor/Master level
• Extensive experience with project coordination or project management
• Experience from investment projects in the pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience with budget management is an advantage
• Fluency in oral and written English
As a person you are great at managing deadlines and working with multiple and frequently changing priorities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a multi-cultural environment and enjoy using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour to excel in your tasks. You are good at problem-solving, working independently and proactively in a busy environment, and have both a broad overview and sense of details. About the department
