Then you might just be the candidate we’re looking for to join our team in Hillerød IFP. We’re looking for a Capacity Business Partner to lead and drive our strategic capacity agenda. The position As Capacity Business Partner your primary responsibility is to navigate the intricate site that is IFP Hillerød and through your close collaboration with the production directors, project and plan for the future production output of the site and present the plan to external stakeholders. Key for your success will be your ability to simplify the complex and communicate scenarios and options for exec. Management in a meaningful, clear manner outlining tangible next steps. Once you have created your overview of the stakeholder landscape, you know when and which information needs to be communicated to who, to ensure the site and its efforts are aligned. Your core tasks will include: Own, develop and maintain the strategic capacity plan for IFP Hi, FP Lead tactical and strategic meetings with site management on capacity related topics Develop and present scenarios, transforming complex data into accessible and relevant insights Ad-hoc analytics related to Supply Chain Planning & Capacity Qualifications A successful candidate would check yes to some of the following: An academic degree within a relevant discipline e.g., Supply Chain Management, Production engineering or similar Min. 3-5 years of experience within planning in a large organisation or 1-2 years with references as a talent Strong communication and networking skills both in 1-1 and larger group settings Passionate about Supply Chain and a curious mindset Planning experience Experience with systems (SAP, Excel, ThinkCell) Proficiency at a business level in both spoken/written English and Danish You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and brilliant at stakeholder management. You enjoy working independently and you have a proactive attitude to work in a dynamic environment supporting the brilliant people around you. Last but not least, it is crucial that you have a strong quality mindset and solid analytical skills. About the department You will be part of our Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team in Injectable Finished Product (IFP) site Hillerød. The team is part of Business Support and we cover a wide range of activities such as the planning of the Assembly and Finished Product production. The SCP team’s primary target is to ensure timely deliveries to our customers while supporting our colleagues in production towards succeeding as a site. However, as plans and reality rarely pan out, it is essential that the planners are able to think independently, identify the best course of action and execute efficiently in close collaboration with their many stakeholders.
