Therefore, we are looking for a new Senior Financial Controller to join our Financial Controlling Team.
With direct reference to our Financial Controlling Manager, you will become part of a dedicated team with very broad responsibilities and a close connection to subsidiaries. As Kamstrup is experiencing solid growth, we are currently working on ways to further optimize and professionalize the way we perform financial consolidation end-to-end. This position will play a focal role in influencing and executing the optimized foundation for several core processes as month close, coordination and alignment with business partners, and development of our annual report. A trusted advisor with focus on consolidation and continuous improvement
In the position as Senior Financial Controller, you will become a trusted advisor and a direct contributor to solving tasks in relation to our financial consolidation by coordinating all input and output related to monthly closing and annual closing. In close collaboration with colleagues and the local finance managers, you will have the joint task of ensuring high quality and numbers.
More specifically, your will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for an experienced and well-founded financial crafter with a profound financial skillset. Your solid experience gives you the ability to translate defined best practices into relevant financial initiatives. Moreover, you have an economic degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Financial Controller or as an accountant which has given you great knowledge of accounting regulations, internal controls, and understanding of business processes.

As a person, you have an analytical and systematic approach. Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate on all levels of the organization while establishing strong collaborative ties. As a person, you are self-motivated, and your proactive and positive attitude catches on to your internal customers and colleagues.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a professional level – both orally and written.

- Driving overall financial controlling of PL, and Balance Sheet
- Overseeing fixed asset accounting, controlling, and VAT
- Handling IC Accounting, TP adjustments, and IC Reconciliations
- Driving External reporting including setting up the Annual Report
- Supporting Finance’s transformation, documentation, and process and quality optimization of areas of responsibility

- Best practice experience in Consolidation
- Have strong IT skills and are a super user in Excel, PPT, and common ERP and BI platforms
- Experience with manufacturing environments
