This is an exciting position in a new and growing area, where you will be able to put your personal spin on your daily tasks. You will be part of an administrative team together with 3 other department assistants.
You will be working with:
  • Supporting management with HR cases and administrative tasks
  • Support management on budget and general expenses
  • Assist on Coupa purchases
  • Coordinating activities and calendars e.g. meeting, off-sites.
  • Support on and drive various projects within the department
  • Internal and external communication
  • Onboarding

    About the department
    BRD Quality Control is based in Gentofte, Hillerød, Kalundborg and New Hampshire. Here we are app. 320 who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes - testing and implementing 4.0 technology to make the process even smoother and faster for the benefit of the patients.
