We are looking for a new technician in our downstream pilot plant. Purification Pilot Plants develops and optimizes purification processes for the manufacturing of active ingredients (API) for most of Novo Nordisk products. About the department The department is a part of Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Pilots (CMC API Pilots) with approx. 360 employees, responsible for production of API for all the development projects within Novo Nordisk. This includes fermentation, cultivation, chemical synthesis and purification. The team is located in Gentofte. As the processes we design, go directly into manufacturing, you will work in an environment with a high focus on documentation, quality and traceability. And it is vital that you can see yourself in this environment. The job is a fair mix of production, and optimization. We often follow processes from preclinical to phase 2 and are therefore able to set our mark on the future process. You will experience a dynamic and flexible working place with many opportunities to both contribute and develop.
Our technologies include chromatography, modifications, ultra/diafiltration and virus inactivation and filtration. You will be a part of a very well-functioning team of 15 technicians and chemists.

We value the following competencies in our new colleague: You have a scientific bachelor or similar with hands-on experience preferably from protein purification. Preferably you have 2-4 years of experience within equipment, processes or production and knowledge within GMP Excellent collaboration and communication skills As a person, you have a positive mind, are flexible and enjoys taking on new tasks and responsibilities, and you are a strong team-player.
