We’re expanding our PowerPoint team and we’re looking for a technically skilled person, who would be excited to work on the deepest possible level with PowerPoint templates and augmented PowerPoint solutions such as Templafy. You are technically skilled because a template is not just a template. It is a platform for all future presentations within the entire organization. We will teach you the deep insights within PowerPoint and your interest, expertise, and passion for solving complexity (so that others don’t have to) will drive your success here at Omnidocs.
What’s the job about?
You’ll be part of the PowerPoint and Design Team. You’ll be working closely with our other Implementation consultants as well as designers, project managers and directly with clients, setting up PowerPoint templates or configuring user flows to help create relevant presentations.
Additionally, you’ll be the go-to person to advise both clients and internal teams on scoping, best practices, presentations, and usability (once you have learned what you did already know). Your primary tasks will be:

Your educational background is not important, but it is a requirement that you have worked with graphic design, and with setting up documents and presentations, such as reports, publications, presentations, newsletters, and the like. You may have experience from an agency or from a company where you have worked internally with design, or you have worked as a freelance consultant or designer focusing on Brand Management for your clients.

We enjoy our lunch in the fabulous local Italian restaurant called Undici. We have plenty of light and air while being close to everything - including the metro, the canals, and the city center.

- Content preparation - customer-specific, as a direct consulting service directly to customers and via agency collaborations
- Configuration of the template management platform, Templafy, with a focus on PowerPoint templates, dynamic presentations, and content
- Ongoing dialogue with clients, team members, and project managers
Who are you?
Your educational background is not important, but it is a requirement that you have worked with graphic design, and with setting up documents and presentations, such as reports, publications, presentations, newsletters, and the like. You may have experience from an agency or from a company where you have worked internally with design, or you have worked as a freelance consultant or designer focusing on Brand Management for your clients.
In addition, the following are characteristic of you:
- You’re not necessarily a PowerPoint superuser but it is a must that you enjoy working in PowerPoint!
- You have an eye for design and understand basic elements of design
- You have great communication skills – also when the one you talk to doesn’t understand the subject as well as you do
- You speak and write English
