Would you like to set direction for quality in the many exciting processes executed in API facilities? Then you may be our new process and validation QA professional in Insulin Manufacturing I in Novo Nordisk Kalundborg. The position We are looking for employees for Quality Assurance (QA). The positions requires that you hold a master, and that you quickly can adapt to - and understand - new complex processes and understand how equipment and facilities affects product quality. As a QA Professional you will both be part of the daily operation/tasks for instance regarding trending material, set direction in safeguarding quality and change request, and you will also be part of some of the many expansion projects we have in Novo Nordisk IM1 to set the direction for quality. At the same time, it requires you to be independent, that you have an eye for details and very strong communication and collaboration skills. As QA Professional you will have a broad contact to our production as our main responsibilities is to set direction for quality and compliance due to internal and external requirements. Qualifications To be successful in the role, we expect you to have the following: You hold a master’s degree in e.g., pharmacy, engineering, chemistry or equivalent You are keen to understand and work with processes, facility, and equipment in API production You have experience with science and risk-based validation Experience within relevant production, cleaning or QA tasks is an advantage Be fluent in English Your drivers are a great personal commitment and accountability in everything you do. It is important that you dare to make decisions – also the difficult ones. You solve your tasks in a systematic way with an eye for good and sustainable solutions. The department In QA Insulin Manufacturing we are 42 dedicated employees. The QA department is responsible for assuring the quality of the APIs manufactured, and we perform a wide range of quality assurance activities, ranging from deviations, change requests and validation both in daily operation and in capacity projects. We have a close collaboration with our colleagues in the production and value a high degree of flexibility and individual responsibility.
