About the department In Aseptic Pilot Plant (APP) we are 65 employees producing new products for clinical trials in a GMP regulated facility. APP contains 4 teams for the following areas: Process support, Environment, production and technical support. In technical support we have the responsibility and ownership of all the systems and equipment in the APP. We are dependent on our systems running smoothly and that any troubleshooting is quick and effective. The position We are hiring a qualified employee to cover the various tasks related to equipment ownership. The team has the ownership of all the equipment related to an aseptic filling site: Black utility, Clean utility, Wash and sterilization, HVAC, cold rooms, Filling and related IT systems. As one of our 19 employees in the technical support team it is your job to ensure optimal function of our equipment while maintaining compliance with the legal regulations from the authorities. You will also work in close collaboration with other teams in the department, to implement optimisations and consolidation. At our Aseptic Pilot Plant, we have wide range of responsibilities which will include the following:
  • High maintenance level of equipment to secure high reliability of the equipment
  • Establishing and continue the validated state of system by qualification/verification, calibration and periotic performance reporting
  • Technical assignments as change requests
  • Handling of deviations
    • Fixed, on call duty is not part of the job, but off-duty calls can occur if any acute situations occur outside of normal working hours. Together with your colleagues you contribute to the on-going optimisation of processes and systems with LEAN as the guiding principle. Qualifications Preferably, you have minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position. Furthermore, our ideal candidate has:
  • A relevant academic background as engineer or similar ( M.Sc., B.Sc.) .
  • Experience with clean utility, optimisation (preferably LEAN) and troubleshooting on systems
  • Previously worked with documentation, qualification, change requests and deviations within the pharmaceutical industry or similar controlled industry (as an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written in English and it is an advantage but not a requirement if you are able to handle spoken and written Danish
