Demant is looking for an experienced and team-oriented Treasury Analyst to become part of an enthusiastic and dedicated Group Treasury team.

As our new Treasury Analyst, you will report to the Head of Group Treasury & Cash Management and be part of a treasury team consisting of 6 skilled specialists who are looking forward to welcoming you to a skilled team with a high knowledge level and a positive and encouraging work environment. Our team has emphasis on collaboration, supporting and sparring with business and team members: “not leaving any one behind”.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- An instrumental part of the strategic treasury decision-making and in designing and implementing a new treasury policy.
- Implement best in class and effective treasury reporting to Group management.
- Support various group funding initiatives, including planning, driving, negotiating, and structuring optimal financing solutions.
- Monitor and manage group financial risks exposures and hedging activities.
- Together with the team ensure timely and effective group liquidity management, managing banking relations and in ensuring financial compliance activities.
- Drive and improve initiatives and processes.
- Business partnering and collaboration across the entire group on e.g. cash and financing matters
To fulfill this position, we imagine that:
- You hold a relevant educational background within finance or economics.
- You have a solid knowledge within Corporate Treasury, Financial institutions or treasury advisory with 2-3+ years of experience.
- You possess high problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to process, understand and communicate financial data to ensure effective decision making.
- You have the capability to see solutions and to implement these in the organization.
- Being a good user of Excel and Powerpoint is advantageous.
- Being fluent in English is necessary.
