The position As UX/UI designer you will drive the entire process from dis discovery, problem definition, and user requirements, focusing on both specific product elements but also identifying reusable design components to optimise build speediness and consistency across solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Shaping a culture on the discipline of product design in our team and for our customers characterised by curiosity, passion, openness, and collaboration Identifying new product improvement opportunities on existing portfolio as well as in the discovery of new product ideas Building a scalable design library of components bridging the abilities of the low / no-code platform technology with the overarching design direction set by the Digital Innovation design community at Novo Nordisk You will be engaging in close collaboration with our team, line of business, the strategic product design office, and users to continuously create, design, and refine the most inspirational products that ultimately help our colleagues and improve our processes. Qualifications To thrive in this position, you have: A university degree within IT, engineering, business, or related field Experience working with Power Platform Products, such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power Virtual Agents, is a strong plus Proven track record of success in driving product development and delivery, from conception to launch Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions As a person you possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey product strategy, roadmap, and priorities to both internal and external stakeholders. You exhibit strong organizational abilities, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously. Being a team player, you embrace a collaborative mindset and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you demonstrate a keen interest in the healthcare industry and the digital transformation occurring within the pharmaceutical sector. About the department
Development Digitalization is the department responsible for the identification, ideation, funding, and follow-up of new digital initiatives for Development. In a unique setting, we bring together designers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to discover and develop the right solutions. Development is the part of Novo Nordisk responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product launch and provide medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities, while living up to global standards, regulations, and business ethics.
You will be part of the highly skilled Power Platform team that utilizes a low/no code platform technology to build rapid, innovative, and fit-for-purpose digital products for our colleagues. We strive to push the limits on the products we build by taking advantage of reusable components and strengths offered out-of-the-box on the platform technology. To build truly amazing products, we aim to always have the user / customer at the centre to translate their user journey into functionality and design that is thoughtful and future proof to scale. We are a growing team with a strong backlog of new product ideas, an existing portfolio of +10 products and a huge potential to improve our colleagues’ work life helping them achieve more by doing less.
