The position As an Associate Training and Communication Partner you will have a variety of responsibilities related to ensuring that high quality training materials are created and rolled out across NN. You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices within training standards supporting our process for qualifying new suppliers. The training audience is a mix of the immediate sourcing units and the entire production of Novo Nordisk. You will have an important role in driving a successful training set-up to support the roll out of a new Supplier Quality Management system across all Novo Nordisk sites. You will be working closely together with the Process manager for the sourcing process and the CVP quality partner. Furthermore, the role will over time likely support Strategic Sourcing Management with increasing communication activities. Primary responsibilities and tasks:
  • Designing and developing training material in a variety of formats, classroom training, virtual training, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain overview of training activities related to the sourcing process
  • Setting up meetings and coordinate activities in collaboration with the trainer
  • Driving communication and change management in connection with implementing new supplier quality management system across Novo Nordisk
  • Own and continuously develop the set-up allowing for effectively on-boarding our growing Strategic Sourcing unit
  • You must be able to communicate and engage on all levels in the organization - your key stakeholders will be sourcing professionals, purchasers, quality professionals, and others. Qualifications To succeed in the role:
  • You have 2-5 years’ experience
  • You have some experience with creating training materials, planning of events, and talking to a broad variety of stakeholders
  • You prefer that learning solutions are kept simple, practical, and interesting to engage the learners
  • You are experienced with delivering training for both small and larger scale audiences face-to-face and virtually
  • You ensure right level of communication to the organisation regarding new training initiatives
  • Ensure good collaboration among stakeholders, advise when needed and support the business to be inspection ready
  • You can collaborate with many different stakeholders globally
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
  • As a person, you enjoy taking initiative and applying a structured approach to task management. You have a continuous improvement mindset and get energy from collaborating with others. You are self-driven, organized and you can work independently as well as collaborate effectively with many others. About the department Strategic Sourcing is the central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division, and we are responsible for the strategic sourcing activities related to Novo Nordisk’s pharmaceutical production sites worldwide as well as global management of suppliers. You will be part of Strategy and Business Intelligence department, where we (for several functional disciplines) drive cross-unit assessment and projects, represent the unit in different fora outside the unit and contribute with value-adding sparring to the category management and sourcing departments in Strategic Sourcing. The disciples, which we represent and tailor for a sourcing perspective, include strategy development, sourcing/scenario analytics, financial advisory, sustainability, risk management, market intelligence, quality management and Business intelligence. The process of selecting and qualifying suppliers is also anchored in Strategic Sourcing.
