The Position As a Production planner in IM1, Kalundborg, we bring plans to life. Your primary responsibilities will be to communicate to ensure a transparent and reliable production plan.
The main tasks will be:
• Ensuring that our planning system is set up correctly.
• To participate, develop and optimize the planning process together with the governance around that.
• Continually optimize a robust system that helps us taking the right decisions if the plan changes on the short horizon.
• Be a strong communicator to help the production understand and follow the plans.
• Participate in Supply Chain meetings and Projects. E.g., forecasting, planning visualization or similar. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic degree within e.g., Supply Chain, Production engineering or similar.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Robex will be a plus.
• Curious about processes and like to optimize them.
• Proficiency both in English and Danish.
You have a positive and open mind-set, being good building relationships and communicating across cultures. Your strong communication skills make you have a good stakeholder management. You enjoy working in groups and you have a proactive attitude to work in a dynamic environment where you will have different tasks and changing priorities. Finally, it is crucial that you have a strong quality mindset. About the Department
Our department hold 60 specialised employees, with close collaboration across teams and Associate Managers, including among other IT management, training, logistic, warehouse, purchase, finance, and our Lean coordinator. Combined we are IM1 Business Support, and together we support 2 multilines both covering Fermentation, Recovery and Purification. All in all, we support 6 departments. The Planner Team is part of Business Support, and we are currently 8 dedicated employees responsible for the Planning task across the factories. The team is flexible, helpful, and supportive of each other across competencies, and comprises a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
