The position We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead with strong facilitation and LEAN skills to develop and drive digitalisation projects where you will interact with many stakeholders at different levels across the organisation. You will be facilitating workshops, developing concepts and digital solutions together with developers and Line of Business and challenging the organisation to prioritize simplicity and strategic fit towards the digital strategy. We work with technologies within data engineering, apps for business, robotics process automation, full stack if needed, machine learning, Natural language processing, chat bots, and BI dashboarding. As a key role in Digital Quality’s initiative, your main tasks will include:
  • Driving digital projects across the Quality organisation and Quality Processes
  • Ensuring clarity in and around projects on all aspect from scope, resources, agile setup, roles and responsibility to Implementation plan, benefit realisation, risks and cost
  • Play a major role in promoting and giving input to the digital strategy and promoting scaling of the different solutions we provide.
  • You will work closely with line of business, our developers, project managers and report to the Director of Digital Quality. Being part of the strategy team, you will have great impact on our way of working both within the whole unit and with our stakeholders across the entire value chain. Qualifications As an ideal candidate, you have:
  • A Bachelor or master’s degree within a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Business administration or others)
  • 5 years of project management experience, preferably from IT or LEAN and experience with Agile ways of working (scrum, SAFe, Half/Double or similar) as well as using Azure DevOps is a clear advantage.
  • Experience in a digitalisation, consultancy, strategy, business partnering position where you applied technology in innovative solutions to solve business challenges
  • As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken. As a person you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity and a positive attitude.     You will be part of the unit Digital Quality who change the way we work across our Quality organisation and with quality processes all over Novo Nordisk. The Quality organisation in Novo Nordisk is responsible for ensuring that Novo Nordisk’s requirements to quality are met - securing patient safety, product quality, and compliance. The Quality organisation has 2,000+ employees globally across five continents. Digital Qualitydrive the data and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end from use case assessments to hyper care of live solutions in Quality. Digital Quality are amongst other areas responsible for generating and assessing new ideas and use cases coming in from line of business. We assess data flows and processes for digitalisation and automation with a starting point in Design Thinking by understanding our user needs, challenge their assumptions and redefine their problems to create innovative solutions.
