A part of Novo Nordisk solid dose (SD)/tablet production is currently placed in Måløv, Denmark. To meet the demand for our growing SD portfolio, this project is investigating the potential to expand our solid dose production capacity in Måløv, by delivering a new production facility. The project, Emerging Technology Expansion (ET EXP), is closely linked to the future user organization, Emerging Technologies, whom will be taking over the facility when moving into operation later on. Emerging Technologies are in charge of all current SD production as well as bringing development projects and externally acquired assets into the production through new ways of thinking and producing.
Organizationally the ET EXP is anchored within the area Fill/Finished Expansions. Fill/Finished Expansions is a newly established and growing area in Novo Nordisk with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across our global production portfolio.
By that, this job will provide the opportunity to work with the very best people within SD development and production, while at the same time be a part of the Novo Nordisk center of excellence within larger investment projects. In the ET EXP project we are organized within six work packages: Facility & Engineering, Production Process, Cleaning & Clean Utilities, IT & Automation, Warehouse & Material Handling and the Project Management Office. With this job will be joining the cleaning team, responsible for qualification and implementation of new cleaning equipment. The position
You will be part of the cleaning work package. Your tasks will be varied and tailored to fit your competencies, preferences and the project’s needs. In any case, you can expect your main tasks to include the following:
• Qualification responsible for new cleaning and support equipment,
• Clarification of technical solutions with experts,
• Participation in design of new facilities,
• Coordination of own equipment activities with IT, QA, etc.,
• Completion of qualification documents,
• Hands-on testing of equipment,
• Technical communication with equipment vendors,
• Coordination and alignment of requirements with peers in other areas across Novo Nordisk,
• Training and support of colleagues. Qualifications
• You hold a master’s degree in a technical or scientific field,
• A minimum of 5 years in depth experience with qualification of equipment and experience with cleaning in the pharmaceutical industry is a must,
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and manage to make decisions that do not compromise quality or work environment,
• You take responsibility for your tasks and follow things through with a sense for details,
• As a person you are open and knows your strength and weaknesses and you are willing you work with them,
