We are expanding our department and therefore, we are looking for a Senior Developer and Scrum Master.
With direct reference to the Team Manager, you will become part of our skilled Software team in Technology Software. The team consists of highly passionate and professional colleagues, covering full time Testers, Product Owner, Solution Architect and Developers who all work accordingly to the Scrum methodology. We always strive towards the newest technologies and together we will build next-generation solutions for Water and District heating.

In the position as Senior Developer and Scrum Master, you will have a key role in the development of quality software. Your focus will be on code reviews, ensuring high-performance of the software developed and providing technical guidance to other team members. You will get rich opportunities to share knowledge with experienced colleagues, collaborate with other teams in Kamstrup to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to existing systems, security, architecture, and tooling.

We are looking for a committed person who is passionate about software development. You have a degree in computer science or similar and you have at least three years of experience with programming, preferably in C# and SQL. Furthermore, we expect that you have a good technical understanding, focus on code quality, and contribute to both analysis, specification, design, and testing.
As a person, you are ambitious and driven by the desire to develop your professional and personal competences. You can work independently as well as in a team environment. It is natural to you to share your knowledge and to inspire and support your colleagues. You contribute constructively to team discussions, and you enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems together with your team. With your critical eye and sense for detail, you deliver quality code, take ownership, and accountability for the team’s results.
