The Position As associate manager for our It/Automation team driving the API capacity expansion when finished you will be part of the management team leading the future API facility. The main responsibility is to hire, build and train the organization needed to establish the new API capacity. The project will be placed in Hillerød and during the project execution your team will be integrated at the project team, with purpose to building the new API capacity. Your work is guided by our purpose in Product Supply: To be on the forefront of technology of manufacturing and aiming at continuous, automated and state of the art facility. You will be reporting to the Director of the future API facility in BRD and work in close collaboration with another associate managers in BRD. We have an open position for associate Manager for it and automation supporting the project area as process, facility and warehouse, we are working within the areas as MES and DCS systems. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A background in engineering, automation or other relevant fields for this position, preferably an academical background as master’s or bachelor’s degree.
Experience within Pharma or GMP.
Experience within the following: leadership and management, setting direction, engaging others, prioritization according to strategic aspirations and/or stakeholder management.
A fluent oral and written English.
Experience with digitalization or automation will be an advantage.

About the Department BRD API Denmark is in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg. This is where the active ingredients, going into all our life-saving biotech products, are made by app. 500 committed colleagues. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and including cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We are producing at full speed in existing facilities, while building and ramping up new state of the art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products. We bring value to patients by delivering the purest possible high-quality API made in compliance with GMP.
