As Group Legal & Compliance Consultant you will be part of our Legal & Compliance department, which provides information and advice to the divisions in Actona Group to ensure that we always comply with applicable requirements from countries, authorities and customers.
The position
The Legal & Compliance department you will be joining consists of four people in Denmark and two people in China, all of whom are specialists in their respective fields. You too will have your area of expertise where you will be supporting your colleagues with information and training. You will have direct reference to VP Group Legal & Compliance.
We imagine that you bring a degree in law (cand.jur), cand.merc (jur.) - or have experience from a similar position. You must be able to communicate fluently in English - both in writing and orally.
You can work independently and are motivated by working with law in a commercial context. You work effectively on several workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of details and quality. The most important thing for us is that you as a person are committed to the task.

Your responsibilities
- Follow-up and continuous updating of our GDPR procedures within the group.
- Proactively researching and implementing different rules, laws, and regulations at EU & national levels.
- Maintaining and updating group policies, procedures and guidelines incorporating the latest legal requirements and obligations.
- Providing and developing training of relevant employees on group policies, procedures and compliance matters.
- Reporting on group compliance matters to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in creating, administering, updating, and enforcing the group IP policy.
- Various other legal ad hoc tasks.
