We are busy, and we are looking for experienced colleagues, engineers or other professionals with a scientific background, who has either already touched the field of Health, Safety and Environmental or has an educational profile, which includes environmental issues or the like.
We are looking for a person who is or has the desire to become an effective HSE Lead. In NNE an HSE Lead is responsible for ensuring that all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability aspects are handled in all types of projects, large and small, complex as well as simple. The Lead, being the “spider in the web”, contributes with your own core skills and include other colleagues when relevant.

How you might spend your days
As an HSE LEAD, you’ll be working with our +30 qualified HSE professionals where you’ll be:
- Coordinating HSE activities in all project phases
- Facilitating workshops and meetings with project stakeholders
- Conducting HSE screenings and assessments
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Collaborating with the customers end-users and representatives within HSE

- Are able to continuously assess the importance and thus prioritization of the project issues that arise

- Have a great sense of humor and an overall positive approach
- Are agile and able to prioritize urgent tasks
- Are a unit able to collaborate across disciplines in project teams
The miles you’ve walked

- You have a technical or academic background
- You have relevant experience with Health, Safety and Environment related work
- You have specific HSE competences to offer
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in the life science/biotech industry
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
