If yes, then you may be our new Associate Manager for our Wash & Sterilisation team in Biotech and Rare Disease, site Gentofte. The Position
As Associate Manager for Wash & Sterilisation, you will lead 15-20 highly committed and skilled operators working day and evening shifts. The wash and sterilization area consists of two teams that function as one. You will be working closely with a colleague to ensure the daily deliveries and to assure that the team maintains a high delivery performance with a strong quality mindset. You will also participate in cross-functional projects with a focus on optimizing processes and communication.
The main tasks will be: Ensuring the correct capacity for future needs based on our forecasts. Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency. Guide and assist the team through shopfloor presence. Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency. An active member of our department leadership team. To succeed in this role, you have: Min.1 year of experience as a line manager and strong people management skills. Experience in aseptic filling and production environment is an advantage. Fluency in Danish and English languages. LEAN mindset As a person you are data-driven, energetic and passionate about the things you do. You dare to lead and naturally take responsibility for your team´s performance. You unite people around you and you create followship and have natural curiosity to scale up the production.
About the Department
As a part of BRD AP GEVA, HAC AP Support currently consist of appr. 150 dedicated colleagues and are growing to meet future demands. We are responsible for Formulation, Wash & Sterilization, Cleaning and Environmental Monitoring in the Aseptic Filling of Hemophilia and Growth Hormone products. As a department we are ambitious, honest and are located in Gentofte.
