The position As our new Development scientist, you get a unique chance to work with radiolabeled drug substances. You will – in close collaboration with team members – manufacture a diverse range of radiolabeled drug substances in our facility, where organic synthesis methods are applied to incorporate the radioactive isotopes 3H, 14C or 125I. Other responsibilities will also include: Get hands-on experience with our laboratory equipment. You will be involved in maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of our isotope equipment.
Team’s quality management system (QMS) which is a requirement for our GMP productions
Day-to-day tasks, such as writing change requests and deviations.
As a new employee in our team, you will go through a systematic individual training based on your current qualifications. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A master’s degree or PhD in Organic Chemistry.
Background from working with isotope chemistry will be an advantage.
Practical experience within peptide synthesis and/or protein modifications as well as relevant analytical methods.
Ability to create working relationships with internal and external stake holders

In addition to radiolabeled drug substance our department, Chemical Development, contributes by delivery of synthetic peptides, oligonucleotides and small molecules, as well as the delivery of chemical intermediates for the modification of recombinant peptides and proteins.
