The Position As associate manager you will be responsible for a team within the IT & Automation area. The team are responsible for initiating, driving, and participating in various IT-related tasks with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements. The main tasks will be to:
• Set the direction and create structure.
• Training and coach the team.
• Have technical understanding and LEAN mindset.
• Be part of the management team in IT & Automation.
• Work closely with the other team leaders in the production. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academical background in engineering, pharma, sciences or similar.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferable from previous roles.
• Work experience within IT will be an advantage.
• GMP knowledge.
• Good communications skills in Danish. As a leader, you are clear and authentic in your leadership and are able to motivate and create energy and commitment around you. You have a natural interest in technology and are driven by optimizing processes, which is why LEAN is a natural part of your leadership. You are trustworthy and clear in your communication and are able to realize your decisions.
On a personal level, you contribute positive to our department and enjoy working with people from different professional backgrounds who are dedicated towards meeting our common goals. You have a can-do mind-set and focus on opportunities rather than limitations. Finally, are eager to see things moving forward in a dynamic environment where projects and processes vary, demanding the need for your flexibility.
About the Department The IT & Automation department consist of 32 dedicated colleagues split into 2 teams, but we are expanding so an additional team will be created. We are all responsible for the IT and automation support to our facility on-site in Måløv. Our tasks are to ensure that IT systems are maintained and operates in a validated state. You will be part of the IT & Automation department, which is responsible for maintenance & support of IT, facilities, utilities, equipment and other support related functions. You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common that we want to support and help each other, have a good time and make a big difference.
